Casa Rosa offers four beautifully furnished bedrooms with beach decor, nest thermostats, and TVs. The primary bedroom features a king bed, patio pool access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Boat and Jet Ski lift for owner use only. This property does not allow pets of any kind. 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. 13 Percent Tourist Tax - You will be charged 6 percent for Manatee county and 7 percent Florida Sales Tax! There is construction going on the island due to destruction from Helene and Milton hurricanes. Many homes in the neighborhood were destroyed and people are rebuilding. We were lucky to save our home. We spent months getting our house back in order taking down drywall, putting in new appliances, updating everything and new furniture. It was a labor of love and we love Casa Rosa. Construction times are 8 am to 5 pm. Pool can only be heated if the day temp rises above 65 and the nighttime temp is not below 60.
